Are you a Black woman on a journey of self-discovery and healing? Do you long for a safe and nurturing space where you can connect with other women who share similar experiences? Look no further – our Therapeutic Support Group, inspired by bell hooks' empowering book, Sisters of the Yam: Black Women and Self-Recovery, is here to support you!

Over the course of eight weeks, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey with us. Each session will begin and end with meditation, allowing you to center yourself, set intentions, and experience gentle movement. Together, we will explore a range of topics including boundary setting, self-love, self-awareness, self-recovery, anxiety, depression, self-worth, self-accountability, and more.
In this support group, we believe in the power of community. Here, you will find a sisterhood of like-minded women who are ready to uplift, support, and validate you. We create a safe and welcoming environment where you can openly share your pain, experiences, and challenges. By naming our pain and finding ways to heal together, we will grow stronger and more resilient.
