MEET THE CO-OWNER & INSPIRATION
I am Sage, and I am proud to be the namesake of SYWC. I embody the meaning of my name by striving to be wise in everything I do. I am the creative and talented daughter of Shannon, and I have a deep passion for singing and the visual and performing arts. When I'm not pursuing my artistic interests, I enjoy spending time gaming and exploring virtual worlds.
I have keen sense of self-awareness and insightful nature. I have always had a unique ability to understand and empathize with others. This empathy has led me to discover the transformative power of practices like yoga, meditation, and therapy. Even at my young age, I have found tremendous personal benefit from these practices, and I am excited to share their positive impact with others.
We invite you to join us on this incredible journey of self-discovery and personal growth at SYWC. Together, we can explore our passions, tap into our inner wisdom, and embrace a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Be well in mind, body, and spirit!
Shannon & Sage
